With pay. Tarr came back. Look, something obviously happened that was of concern. Tarr seemed especially upset that he was questioned. What do you think police do when they believe a citizen might be involved in a crime. Tarr gave his side of things. We have no idea what story those he bashed might provide. His interview did not help Tarr, this community, his fellow officers, or the Sheriff’s department. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Exactly, yet they were suspended for weeks and months. There has been a lot of speculation and reputations were tarnished. I prefer the transparency, let everyone decide for themselves. No, I don’t know Billy Bailey. There is a new NLRB ruling that says employees (and former employees) have the right to express themselves, in any manner they see fit. It will be interesting to see if this translates over to unemployment cases. Previously, if an employee gets belligerent at work and gets fired he might be denied unemployment, but the new ruling says he/she had a right to express their feelings. Social media policies are under review for squashing employees rights to express themselves. Sometimes former employees are justified and sometimes they’re crazy. I’m on my way to court today for a client’s former employee’s retaliatory actions, pretty sure they’ll see she’s crazy…should be fun. |
