Probably not. But it appears to be only half-staffed and just went through a self-inflicted and completely avoidable scandal, so if there was ever a time to discuss the possibility, it would be now. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I don’t think HOAs should have their own police departments. Another issue. I don’t especially care if any money saved would lead to an assessment reduction or not. Does anyone really think OPA is gonna shut down its police department after all these years? |
