Take the hourly to $ 19.00 a hour immediately Guarantee the lifeguards 40 hours per week.
And take to what if that does not work? Should there be no upper limit? Seems like some folks are in a state of hysteria over five pools not being open every day. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bill, I agree with you. Get these pools their lifeguards. The community wants these pools open All summer. ( I have never used them personally) Take the hourly to $ 19.00 a hour immediately Guarantee the lifeguards 40 hours per week. Pay what it takes to keep these pools open. Summer is very short, there is no reason our BOD can’t go into our accounts and appropriate the money to get this done. The community wants this concern taken care of. Thank You. |
