| Tom, LoL! I'm too old and have a husband I take care off. My days of running for any office is over. I'm glad the police problem is being handled but that does not fix the pool and life guard problem. I believe if OP paid more we'd have more life guards. To me it's simple...OP has money and can use it to pay life guards more. Realign the money and use it. It may not give OP 100 per cent open pools but it's a start to fix the problem. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: BOD do your job and fix it! The BOD and GM are fixing it. For example, $175K was taken from “Retained Earnings” to increase the retirement account factor of our police officers and police recruits. This had to be done to be competitive with other departments. On another subject, today at 4 pm is the deadline to submit a Board Candidate application. You can be part of the solution !! Tom |
