Would love it if extra money went to help with drainage.
There is no such thing as extra money. I do not recall how much is in the budget for drainage next year, but the board could have included money specific for your area. We could sit around and come up with many millions of dollars people would like to see spent on individual projects. All I want is simple budget transparency - what projects and how much for each. What I do not want is a slush fund that any four board members can use for any purpose outside the approved budget. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: There are still so many Drainage issues, I’ve been on a list for a long time and still get flooded when we get heavy rain. I’ll have to check with Public works to see where our block is on the list, but we have had issues for years and just started saving documentation to help with follow-up. Would love it if extra money went to help with drainage. |
