Last year $ was put into emergency racquet repairs, tdocks, roads and drainage.
The T-docks were anything but an emergency. An option that will probably never pay for itself. An EMERGENCY on the racquet courts? A road emergency? A drainage emergency? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Last year $ was put into emergency racquet repairs, tdocks, roads and drainage. The DMA study I believe showed a little over 26% full funding for general replacement reserves and B&F committee has now recommended that be increased. I agree with that assessment especially in light of the passed legislation. Anyone who knows me personally, knows I like money in the bank...no hypocrisy. I'm also more inclined to listen to those with an expertise in finances. |
