| There are still so many Drainage issues, I’ve been on a list for a long time and still get flooded when we get heavy rain. I’ll have to check with Public works to see where our block is on the list, but we have had issues for years and just started saving documentation to help with follow-up. Would love it if extra money went to help with drainage. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Last year $ was put into emergency racquet repairs, tdocks, roads and drainage. The DMA study I believe showed a little over 26% full funding for general replacement reserves and B&F committee has now recommended that be increased. I agree with that assessment especially in light of the passed legislation. Anyone who knows me personally, knows I like money in the bank...no hypocrisy. I'm also more inclined to listen to those with an expertise in finances. |
