| A referendum is expensive. A referendum takes a lot of time (not good in today's real estate market). There will always be a set group of residents who vote down anything that they don't use or that is for the future. To hold a referendum on a 200,000 price difference seems counter productive. My suggestion would be for the board to offer 1 million. | ||||||
