For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty wrote, “The cost of a referendum is less than 2% and is well spent, in my opinion, on any expense requiring new capital.” At face value he is saying we should have a referendum whenever spending money on new capital. “Any expense” requiring new capital would be any expense under $1 million as well as over. I am simply reading what he wrote. Maybe there is some sub interpretation But I do not know from what he actually wrote. I think I know why he wrote what he wrote. How do you interpret what he actually wrote? |
