Gosh, Slobodan. You are absolutely correct. I completely forgot. You may file a petition to overrule the County Commissioners.
Then again, at the county level with five commissioners favoring something, please let us know what we can do. There is NOTHING we can do to stop five commissioners from voting to go ahead with the project, but, as I have previously noted, there may be funding issues that might keep the project from happening. I also wrote and you ignored, “if they can get their hands on the property.” You really should not get so excited Not good for your health. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: "there is NOTHING we can do that will stop five commissioners from going ahead with the project" Joe what compels you to speak on behalf of other with such an authority? Ohh wait I think I know. And when you state "NOTHING we can do" that is an arrogant and one-man's opinion / bold statement to make.... unless you happen to you live in North Korea. Slobodan |
