I am not happy with all of the recent commentary by Directors about one another in particular given that we had overcome the majority of that nonsense until about a month ago. I know and have worked closely with the directors involved and believe both have the best interests of OP at heart.

I am trusting that we will discuss and work out how we treat one another and conduct ourselves. 

I believe that as a board we should seek to curb language that may be unacceptable by being either profane, incendiary, degrading or bullying in nature.

I know Doug Parks and respect his leadership and I don't believe that this error rises to removal from office.

Finally, a well known pundit provided the following sage advice which I will try to follow: "All board members should consider not speaking to the press about their fellow board members."
