This observation may depend on your definition of "local" which to me is within the immediate vicinity of the Pines. [Abis south to Pines Plaza North] There are about 12 restaurants within that area and as far as I know they all stay open in the winter months.
I'm not sure there is anything "locally" that can be compared to operating a Yacht Club in a new $5 million facility when it comes to what it takes to make a profit over an entire year. |
