Jack: We must have read different newspaper articles? I see a member of the Ocean Pines Association, Inc. trying to enjoy his property rights and is willing to take the necessary steps to help protect those rights for the majority of his neighbors. For the record, I am in total support of the Pastor's property rights and will do everything in my power to help him prevail against this "BS" prosecution by the help (ECC). Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The article says the resident "...has been battling Ocean Pines officials over the trailer since 2006." His entire defense, according to the article, as to keeping the trailer on his property in the Pines, is based on his "convenience". While I may sympathize with that we cannot base rules and their enforcement on "convenience". |
