For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Abent tried to obtain a variance to keep the box trailer on his property, but his request was denied. He said the Pines' Architectural Review Committee didn't understand the situation and considered the simulator Abent's hobby. "It's not just a hobby," Abent said.
