You are joking, right? The subject trailer is on the job making money, but it will be back. Nothing has changed and I am still, according to the ECC, in violation. Frankly I am glad to hear that, as I figure the only way to get this variously interpreted wording resolved for good is to have it done in court. I do however believe it will be an uphill battle. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jack: "Marty must have taken your oft quoted advice" You are joking, right?
