For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It seems the trailer is no longer in Marty's driveway. So I heard. Marty must have taken your oft quoted advice. "Don't go to court unless you are guaranteed to win". I suspect Marty knew he had little chance of winning in court and was satisfied in making his point. |
Aside from the 1 box trailer case that OPA won I understand there have been well over a hundred others that were resolved by being removed after OPA requested same.
