For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If you recall a number of years ago County Commissioner Tom Cetolla sponsored a leash law that was subsequently passed. The law lacked any prescribed penalties and essentially was just a slap on the wrist if violated. To your knowledge, was that ordinance modified with a prescribed penalty or is there now a "State" leash law?
