Jack, as it happens I see an article on page 19 of the current Shore Progress about a property in Pocomoke that came before the County Commissioners at a public hearing with many items of non-compliance, including untagged vehicles. Apparently the property owner has complied. However, one interesting tidbit in the the article is a statement by Ed Tudor, county director of the Department of Review and Permitting. In reference to an untagged pickup truck Tudor said ".. an untagged pickup truck can stay on the site as long as it is covered or screened." |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Here is how Worcester County handles the junk vehicle definition. I have copied only a portions of that code as there are exceptions given to junk yards and time limits to remove the vehicles etc. as well as additional definitions.
