Joe, give it a rest.11 posts to me. Your post raised that many issues, and I decided each was important enough for a comment rather than lump all in one large message. What happened to the Rhino? So... I take it you either did not ask Mathias if he would introduce the legislation, or you asked and will not tell us his answer. Either way is a disappointment. I'm sure you have not forgotten if the question was asked, or any answer. The QUESTION is one of the major things a meeting was to obtain an answer to. If that was not the case, then the meeting was a waste of time. There is a great deal of money at stake here for lot owners, and three directors have said OPA will not even try to obtain the money. Given Zawacki's position that we should not be involved in any way with anything going on outside the subdivision boundaries, it is clear OPA will NOT even try. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Just the three of us met with Mathias. I am not going to attempt to explain to you every exact thing we asked him, or exactly how he responded, or if he responded with what we believe was sincerity, or otherwise attempt to interpret every nuance of questions and responses. In any 45-minute exchange there are many things said - and not said - that guides one to a conclusion. Joe, give it a rest. What, I posted one message in response to yours and you come back with - what - 11 posts to me. Sounds like you are knee jerking and have lost your "balance." Just because three of us do not agree with you, you don't have to become so "patently absurd." |
Bill, this is an extremely important issue for OPA, and the action you three made does trouble me.
BTW, we did look at both sides; your response seems to understand that there is no other side.
