We did get into this too late (an Norm has pointed out.)  Had we been informed that Mathias had contacted OPA officials at the time he did, we could have made our feelings know.  He may have feared our opposition at the next election and he may have included us as he did OC and Berlin.  Fact is, we were not informed by management, and then when Norm informed us we paid no attention.

So, we learned some things and then decided to recommend to the rest of the Board our recommended position.
