I take it you either did not ask Mathias if he would introduce the legislation, .......... The QUESTION is one of the major things a meeting was to obtain an answer to. Maybe they were in awe being in the presence of a Maryland Delegate. |

Your post raised that many issues, and I decided each was important enough for a comment rather than lump all in one large message. What happened to the Rhino? So... I take it you either did not ask Mathias if he would introduce the legislation, or you asked and will not tell us his answer. Either way is a disappointment. I'm sure you have not forgotten if the question was asked, or any answer. The QUESTION is one of the major things a meeting was to obtain an answer to. If that was not the case, then the meeting was a waste of time. There is a great deal of money at stake here for lot owners, and three directors have said OPA will not even try to obtain the money. Given Zawacki's position that we should not be involved in any way with anything going on outside the subdivision boundaries, it is clear OPA will NOT even try. |
