The County was wrong then but their not wrong now. Rick the county can change to any voting system approved by the courts. The one they now use is not the only one approved.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That's what the county said prior to the court order originally mandating a change from county-wide voting. The County was wrong then but their not wrong now.
