Besides, I also believe that the Board to take the lead in something like that is an improper thing to do. It's political shenanigans. Should the membership do so, that's up to them. Sorry, Bill, I disagree on this one. If the Board will not lead, what are you guys there for. Ocean Pines, like it or not, it a part of the real world!
You also make it sound that if we, as citizens, exercise our prerogatives, that's called political shenanigans. What has happened and continues to happen in Annapolis and Snow Hill is political shenanigans.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: on this issue, you and the Board failed. Well, you have the right to your opinion. I believe we did the correct thing. All the arguments that our position is patently absurd and we are wimps have not changed my mind on that. If you think that we failed because we did not undertake a battle based on a flawed premise that just because OC and Berlin received a % of future distributions we deserve a % too, I can understand that, but I do not agree. Besides, I also believe that the Board to take the lead in something like that is an improper thing to do. It's political shenanigans. Should the membership do so, that's up to them. |
