If you think that we failed because we did not undertake a battle based on a flawed premise that just because OC and Berlin received a % of future distributions we deserve a % too, I can understand that, but I do not agree.  Besides, I also believe that the Board to take the lead in something like that is an improper thing to do.  It's political shenanigans.  Should the membership do so, that's up to them. 

I can only conclude that your heart wasn't really into what you had just undertaken with your 2 fellow Directors and our local politicians and the "results" are indicative of that.  Nevermind that a fixed percentage would have been in the best interests of OP members.
