Our votes are very highly regarded, but the initial contacts with the leadership of Ocean Pines with regard to this issue, were met with indifference and basically a "no interest", Ocean Pines policy. Further, these contacts were NOT communicated to the BOD. The legislation therefore, moved forward without us. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ocean City and Berlin were included in the legislation - likely to curry favor and votes. The fact that Ocean Pines - the largest community in Worcester County and closer to Ocean Downs than either aforementioned location - was left out indicates that our votes aren't as well regarded. |
