Ro, that press release is an insult to the intelligence of lot owners. It was established that there is still the possibility that if “slots” are approved in the 2008 state-wide referendum, that the Worcester County Commissioners could, conceivably, attempt to “rezone” the area to “exclude slots.” Gosh, by golly, they established that a possibility exists. Some things in the release are downright laughable. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The issue of slots at service clubs will be in the agenda at the February 5 County Commissioners meeting. I understand the issue will pass with a 4-3 vote.
