Section 5: OPA Board Subject: Board Punts on Slots Msg# 527677

It was sent to members of the media as an email from OPA with a subject of "Press Release." It begins with " Position Statement from the OPA Board of Directors" in bold. All I know of the "press release" is what OPA sent me. I suppose you may not have picked the subject or title, but I do assume you agree 100% with the content as your name is affixed. |
