The board found that your plan does not work. 

I had no plan, just a very strong opinion along with a number of other property owners.  I thought the Board majority concurred with those opinions and voted to aggressively pursue a share of slots revenue.  The plan as I recall was for Reid Starrett  to take the lead and contact personally and via the mail our elected officials while conferring with the other Board members.  I also recall, as put forward by Ray Unger, Board members  would personally develop their rapport with our elected officials and request Ocean Pines participation in revenue sharing.

I have not attended any recent Board meetings and I don't recall any meeting agenda on slots revenue since the Board passed Reid's motion.  I've tried to look at the meeting videos and did not see anything on slots. Maybe I  just missed it.  Please let me know where I review the meeting when Board discussed slots and changed the plan.  I would really like to see the discussion and observe the Board members and listen to their individual rationale for changing their collective minds.
