| An interesting question that I don't have an answer to is whether or not the OPA has ever approached the Commissioners to establish a parking restriction ordinance for Ocean Pines. If it were possiable and one existed the police could issue citations that would be enforceable in traffic court. All fines would go to the county or the State of Maryland. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Interestingly, if Manklin Creek Road were turned over to OPA, those no-parking areas would not be enforceable via fines as they are with county-owned roads. |
