The board has priority on all spaces. They just don’t exercise it.
I think I already said that in so many words. That is why installing the needed sound and video equipment such as the County uses in the Assateague Room (or any place else now) is useless. The board might need to hold a meeting and discover that the Assateague Room was previously given to the Restless Leg Syndrome Group for a meeting when the board suddenly needed it. Hemmick wants to repeat the SAME mistake with any new boardroom. I expect you are opposed to a dedicated boardroom, but then again, you were also totally opposed to OPA receiving any slots impact funds. Maybe OPA should stop taking that $500,000 or so a year and give it to Worcester County. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: ”The board needs absolute priority on some space.” The board has priority on all spaces. They just don’t exercise it. Marty |
