For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I do not find them distracting any more than any other sign along any highway. Ocean Pines is a residential community. It took a special exception from the county to allow them. How many HOAs are fighting city hall, as OPA had to do, to install electronic signs in residential neighborhoods? The county should have refused. Ridiculous. |
