Please try to justify the increase in this year’s assessment after just finishing last year with a $1 Million Dollar surplus And for what? Just turn up the heat slowly?
So, you see association members as stupid frogs who cannot see OPA is taking them to financial disaster.
Given the upcoming costs of perhaps up to $7 million or more for just the firehouse and golf irrigation, having some cash on hand might be viewed as good financial planning. Perhaps, that is how association members see it, as opposed to seeing themselves as stupid frogs being slowly boiled to death financially. |
