For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ken, with all due respect, it’s all our assessment dollars. With all due respect, once collected it is OPA, Inc. money, controlled by the Board of Directors. The board sets the budget, and the board decides the assessment amount. In general, I suspect the vast majority of association members are not overly concerned about the current assessment level. I see no major public outrage or extensive public concern over the current assessment amount. |
