| Well I think that OPA might be on shaky ground as it applies to a seemingly shaky opinion on the current much more specific DR guidelines regarding open fire pits. The board wants to enforce something that is quite nebulous “debris” but unilaterally has ignored and reinterpreted and chosen not to enforce a DR that is quite clear on open burning. “No outside burning shall be permitted…” | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I lived in a community called Oak Forest. Not an HOA. Tons of leaves but people bagged them up and disposed. The issue here is interpretation of the DRs. OPA could be in shaky ground. |
