So I am curious if we are paying additional legal fees for all those frivolous leaf alleged cpi violations.
Perhaps only if the "violation" is not corrected and OPA turns over to legal and the case goes to court. As you are fully aware, those with a gripe about "frivolous" violations have only one reasonable recourse - elect new board members who do not support what they believe are frivolous violations. Three directors are up for re-election. Monday is the deadline to file. How many association members have filed beyond any sitting directors? NONE. |
