OPA by-laws mandate that our amenities be run as a business, not a charity.  Being the one to raise the question earlier today, I think Bob answered it when he suggested it's a question of supply and demand.  We have considerably lower numbers of memberships of tennis and platform tennis versus pickleball.  Management made a business decision the best strategy to try to grow the tennis members is not to raise the rates.
