I'm not sure OPA can just take cash of $2 million, no loan, and give it to any private entity desiring to build a structure on their private property.
I'm not talking about any private entity. I'm talking about the OPVFD, a private entity to which OPA has given something like $5MM over the past 8 years. I would hope Mr. Bright has already researched this question. I would not expect him to opine on any matter related to OPVFD/OPA on social media. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Beats me. The Charter can probably be amended to give back the right to change the bylaws to the Board of Directors. I'm not sure OPA can just take cash of $2 million, no loan, and give it to any private entity desiring to build a structure on their private property. Call your lawyer. Can OPA give you a chunk of cash to build a new home?
Maybe Attorney Bright will provide us with some guidance. |
