Joe. he said bi-annually, which is every two years. Twice a year would be semi-annually. That would really be a waste.
Thanks for that clarification. How about every 50 years? In that meeting video one of the committee members says the committee does not believe all the board members even know what a strategic plan is, and then mentions that the committee has yet to produce a strategic plan after two or more years of Strategic Plan Committee meetings. They also are thinking about changing the name of the committee. Perhaps the "No Strategic Plan Committee."
