I believe Associate Memberships are non-existent for pool day use. Nor am I certain lower case “associate member” as used in the Charter is relative to an “Associate Membership” for amenities that is available to any member of the public even if they do not rent/own here. Associate Memberships are defined as “Amenity Membership for golf, swim, tennis, platform tennis, pickleball and beach parking for those who are not Ocean Pines property owners or residents.” |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Associate Membership are entitled to the lower OPA owner/resident rate for our amenities. "Regular occupants" is used in Charter to define Associate Members and OPA has interpreted that as long-term rentals and not short-term rentals. |
