Unless this is a brand new policy....no proof of a rental agreement was ever needed to get the daily resident rate...just an address:
I made a call to the Membership office and was promptly provided the policy. I will check to see if the policy was in effect when you worked there. |

I've made that same suggestion the past two years at budget time |
