| From my perspective every dollar OPA pool’s receive in revenue is a dollar more than if someone chooses not to use the pools. Be grateful for each person… is it really a big deal if someone pays a dollar or two less? Remember these are not private pools…while the food and beverage options are limited for the pools other than the yacht club pool and beach club pool there is other ancillary revenue from each guest. I would not minimize that particularly where alcohol is served. sometimes we can’t see the forest for the trees. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Associate Membership are entitled to the lower OPA owner/resident rate for our amenities. "Regular occupants" is used in Charter to define Associate Members and OPA has interpreted that as long-term rentals and not short-term rentals. |
