Right, lets spend a pile of money on lawyers so we don’t have to take money from those outsiders who want to spend it here. Should do wonders for the golf course and the restaurants bottom lines.
We have truly entered the twilight zone over a shortage of lifeguards and great concern over whether some unknown number of pool users should be paying $5 more. OPA is experiencing perhaps the most financial success in history and we want a legal opinion about how to drive away customers from our business amenities. Sounds like a plan. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: I asked everyone but was told there was no definitive opinion outside of the Beach Club parking issue. I DON’T BELIEVE ONE EXISTS! How does Riddle Farm do it? How does Captains Cove do it? Sea Colony? Perhaps we might want to change our status with the IRS to be private again like we were initially when I first purchased. Private roads, private golf course and Country Club, private Beach Club, private pools all doing well enough to keep our yearly due less then $250.00. Marty |
