To the question of pay, OP leadership missed an opportunity this past budget season to increase the Aquatics revenue line in a big way.  Increased revenue which could have funded a Summer Seasonal Pay Differential.  Aquatics could have followed Golf's lead in requiring an OP resident photo ID card be presented to get the resident rate.  Instead, as it's always been, you simply show up at the pools and tell them you are renting 1234 Ocean Pkwy for the week and bingo, you pay $10 instead of $15.  Think of the number of weekly rentals in the summer who pile into the pools.
