Our GM wasn't even in the room to hear Dr. Horn's persuasive analysis comparing the two proposals.

Horn persuaded me of nothing. Yet another spouting of sour grapes. 

You failed to mention that Frank Daly praised Bruce Bright to the heavens. Said Bright was an outstanding litigator.  Daly did not go down the political low road. He also raised a very valid issue about how OPA needs to make some deal with our insurance carrier that allows us to pick our own attorney for a defense and not have to use some outside attorney who probably is more concerned about the insurance company than the client. 

The GM said he could work with either firm.
