Who at OPA would review a contract for legal services prepared by the law firm to be hired?
Maybe Tucker’s firm could review. Or Joe Moore. Doug Parks said there couldn't be a contract until OPA agreed to accept a contract because the law firm wouldn't spend their money drafting a contract until they knew it would be accepted. I heard that. Is that Parks speculating or was he saying that was what the firm told him? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: How do you award someone a contract that doesn't exist? Steve Jacobs understood the problem. Doug Parks said there couldn't be a contract until OPA agreed to accept a contract because the law firm wouldn't spend their money drafting a contract until they knew it would be accepted. What's the big rush? |
