Yup. The board majority promised Bright a contract and delivered that promise of awarding a unknown contract without even considering any conflicts of interest or getting any assurance that 1/2 of the board majority isn't currently still using Bright's services. Our GM wasn't even in the room to hear Dr. Horn's persuasive analysis comparing the two proposals. Nothing to see here folks

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I guess now the attorneys can write anything they want into the contract because OPA agreed to sign a contract. What bass ackwards way of doing business… |
