For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The By-Laws provision for secret ballots was overturned in 2006 I think. The method of elections by "secret written ballot" was deleted from the By-laws by a Board adopted amendment at a Regular meeting dated April 14, 1998. Jim Trummel
