If Beach parking makes so much excess, the price should be reduced for residents.
Interesting. Would you also propose any profit made at Yacht Club result in reduced food and booze costs for residents? And, just for clarity, OPA exists to protect the property values of association members - property owners. Only about half of property owners are residents. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I only pay for the dog park. Even with 3 dogs, less than $100. If Beach parking makes so much excess, the price should be reduced for residents. |
