For years I had a next door neighbor who's yard resembled a landfill and who's garage was so full of junk and trash he couldn't close the door. I called repeatedly, an inspector would come out (he had to walk into my back yard to see the next door problem because he couldn't walk on that property) citations were issued by the handful but NOTHING ever happened, it was never cleaned up (I'm talking about a period of 10 years) and remained a dump and fire hazard until he died and the property was sold!
Nonsensical & arbitrary is a gross understatement! |
