You define candidate, but the issue Ken raises is not that. He correctly points out the Guidelines state when such political signs must be removed but not when they can go up. As written, the public office candidate sign regs make no sense. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The definition of "candidate" as expressed in the Election Law Article of the Maryland Code should be considered. There may be other provisions regarding nomination at a party convention that could be applicable as well. I leave that to others to consider, at least for presidential purposes.
